A credit card is taken to reserve your appointment. If customers do not cancel appointment(s) at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled time, their credit card will be automatically billed the amount equal to the appointment. Customers who cancel at least 24 hours in advance will incur no charge. This policy has become necessary due to excessive, untimely cancellations. Thank you for your understanding and patronage!
