Because we want your time at our salon to be a relaxing and soothing experience from the inside out, we have put together some simple guidelines to help us do this better.

• Please call if you are going to be late for your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you, but in the unfortunate event of a late or missed appointment, a full-service charge will apply.

• Gift cards are redeemable only when presented at the time of service Only gift cards purchased in Mashpee or through our online gift cards can be used in our Mashpee Location.  They cannot be redeemed for cash. No refunds on gift cards.

• We kindly request a 24-hour notice of appointment change or cancellation. Please note that the full cost of the service will be charged for any appointments cancelled less then 24-hours in advance as well as no shows.

• As a courtesy to our salon guests, please do not bring children unless they are getting a haircut.

• Please turn off cell phones upon entering the salon.

• All our Prices are starting prices and subject to change.

• Please note online bookings are subject to change and we do require a credit card to hold your appointments.

• We accept all Major credit cards and cash no checks please.

• Retail Policy: No refunds, exchanges only.

• Gratuity is non-refundable.

• Please notify us with any issues within 5 days of any performed service(s) for us to correct. 

• We do not guarantee the longevity of color services performed by our technicians without the use of suggested professional products at home.
