The Ultimate Self-Care Day: Cape Cod Edition

When was the last time you took time for yourself? For those of you who can’t even remember… Listen up! We have compiled a full list of local self-care activities for you to take part in right on Cape Cod. This self-care day is broken into 3 sections - breathe, move, and fuel. We cover all of the bases so that you can unwind and recharge. You deserve it!

  1. Breathe

Unwind with one of the many spa services that we have here at Beyond Beauty Hyannis. One of our March 2022 promotions is the Fassage. This is a 45-minute facial and 45-minute body treatment all for $100. To view a complete list of our spa services, click here:

  1. Move

Sometimes, self-care isn’t just bubble baths and ice cream; it’s taking care of your body from the inside out. Movement is an essential component of your self-care day. There are two workout studios on the cape that we highly recommend. If you’re looking to unwind and stretch, Evoke Yoga located in Hyannis is a great pick. On the other hand, if you’re looking for an upbeat cardio class that will get your endorphins flowing, The B/SPOKE Cape House located in Mashpee Commons is a fantastic spin studio.

  1. Fuel

Nothing completes an amazing self-care day more than a delicious and healthy meal. Our list for where you should eat on the Cape is endless - the team at our salon is filled with many foodies! Recently we’ve been loving Spoon and Seed. This is a farm-to-table breakfast and lunch cafe. They also have family meals so that you don’t even have to worry about cooking dinner.
