Not only are pedicures a great excuse to relax and take time for yourself, but they are also very beneficial for your health. Listed below are some of the many health benefits that pedicures give you.

1.) Increase blood circulation

During every Beyond Beauty signature pedicure, your nail technician will give you a foot massage. This will increase your blood circulation which will improve mobility in your joints.

2.) Improves the health of your nails

Our feet are exposed to a lot of elements and products on a daily basis. It’s important to occasionally have a deep cleaning so that the dead skin cells on your feet can be removed. This encourages new cell growth that leaves your nails stronger and healthier.

The clipping, cutting and cleaning during a pedicure will prevent your nails from growing inward and causing infection. The elimination of dirt and bacteria from your feet will also help prevent nail diseases, fungi, and foot odors.

3.) De-stress
